The turn is around $600 a month. Most coaches start on Starter, since it costs nothing until someone books. You can switch either way from your settings, and it takes effect the following month.

Every certified coach is checked before their first booking, and re-checked every year while you are listed. Your profile shows the date it was last run. It is included in the $199 and in Pro.
No. Searching is free, and the demo video for any drill you assign is free to them — it is part of the session you wrote. The coaching library is yours, not theirs.
